This virus adds a shortcut inside C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_NAME\Start Menu\Programms\Startup called seti0.exe

Follow these steps:
1. Open a Windows Explorer and go to the directory shown above.
2. Right click on the shortcut 'seti0.exe' and select 'Properties'.
3. The field 'Destination' points to the executable that corrupts your system.
4. Open another Windows Explorer, go to the directory shown in the 'Destination' field, find the file and delete it.
5. Finally, delete the shortcut itself.

This procedure worked in my case. Good luck.

Go to safe mode (with networking). Start a search to find all *.exe programs with date same as when the problem started. The file has a name seti0.exe and has also a shortcut in the C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_NAME\Start Menu\Programms\Startup. Delet both files aslofrom recycle bin. Fro me it worked.
