Remove Trojan:win64/Sirefef.E and the rootkit concerned

Trojan:win64/Sirefef.E is a detection code or name attributed to a range of programs that drop malware onto 64-bit computer system. The routine for identification has lots in common with TrojanDropper:Win32/Sirefef.B.
