Remove Dwme.exe tricks that restrict robust apps

Dwme.exe excludes other processes from utilizing CPU resources. That is not that the program running the process needs so much a system resource due to its technical consumption requirements. The point is to keep other, legitimate programs short of capacities they do require with the view of tricking users.
AV Security 2012 is a fake protection device which runs the process and contains same-name file. Its description lists such services as system scan, firewall and half a dozen of other options. Naturally the vendor’s or developer’s description is meant.
Removal of dwme.exe is a core part of the malware abolition. However, killing the process in Task Manager would be rather optional.
