Delete the following infector file:
%AppData%\SanctionedMedia\Smad\Smad.exe
Delete the following registry entries:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\Smad: “”%AppData%\SanctionedMedia\Smad\Smad.exe”"

 Rename the remover to "explorer.exe" or try to install from Safe Mode if virus blocks download\installation
