Remove Adware:Win32/hotbar to eliminate unwanted toolbars and ads based on spying on you

Adware:Win32/hotbar has been observed in the wild to affect Internet Explorer and Mozilla. Versions of those browsers with recent updates have been fond vulnerable to this infection, just like the editions without any updates.
Removal of Adware:Win32/hotbar could be in demand for users of other browsers too. In the other words, the adware is compatible with practically any web-navigating software, it is just that only two of such products have been observed to have the risky extension.
The program installs toolbar extending browser window, which cannot be deleted in a way provided for legitimate entries. That is no the surface, but the undercurrent matters even more as it includes spying over user’s browsing in order to deliver popup ads matching user’s preferences.

 Rename the remover to "explorer.exe" or try to install from Safe Mode if virus blocks download\installation
