Remove Qkm.exe and fix other computer problems

Qkm.exe is a malicious file associated with Trojan.Agent/Gen-MSFraud. The trojan occurs in the wild under different names, though the above one obviously prevails.
Removal of Qkm.exe is often requested by users as they believe it is responsible for various restrictions and malfunctioning. For instance, one of the users considering their PCs affected by the rogue has reported the executable blocked every icon on the desktop.
