Internet antivirus will not let me download Spydoctor how do I get around that

Hi. Thanks for this info. I clicked on a link somewhere and this program started downloading itself. It didn't give me the option to cancel it, so I disconnected the router and shut down the computer! Can I be sure this thing hasn't downloaded or part-downloaded?
