My other computer is infected with Privacy Center. I ran Spyware Doctor with Antivirus and it found one virus which was removed. However, Privacy Center is still running and has taken over the machine. I can't get to my desktop, programs, or browser. What can I do?

I don't understand why this isn't considered a virus. It should be illegal just like spam.

Thanks for the help...I got rid of it manually.

And for the record...it is Ukraine, not the Ukraine. The guy is a douche, but the country should at least be pronounced correctly :)
